Megan is a certified Senior Move Manager (SMM-C).  She became passionate about helping seniors while downsizing family members.  After some difficult, long-distance moves, she knew there had to be a better way.

It was her sister who first introduced her to the growing profession of senior move management.  “You’re really good at this!  You should do this for other people.”  At the time Megan was in Pennsylvania, her sister was in Texas and they were working on an aunt’s move in California!

During a family move many years ago, the CCRC staff asked Megan if she did this professionally.  It was then she knew it was time to take her love for helping seniors and take the next steps.  She received her formal training from the NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers, nasmm.org).   In 2018 she continued her education, becoming certified.

Megan started Complete Transitions with one guiding principle.  "What would I want for my parents?" or aunt?  or in-laws?  This simple guiding principal puts the client first and ensures their homes and belongings are treated with sensitivity and efficiency.

Megan and her husband have lived in West Chester since 1994.  They have three girls and two dogs.  When she isn’t helping seniors she enjoys cooking, tennis, and reading.

Stacy joined Complete Transitions in 2018 and became a Team Leader six months later.  She enjoys working with clients to organize, downsize and to make a client’s new house quickly feel like home.  Stacy uses many of the skills she learned B.C. (Before Children) as well as the invaluable experience gained through the various local and interstate transitions she has coordinated for her own family, to offer the best experience possible to her clients.

Stacy brings a unique perspective to our transition process. She is trained as an Art Historian with her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Masters degree from Columbia University. She has worked in museums, galleries, auction houses and has taught seminars in Appraisal Studies at the university level. With this background and a keen eye, she is adept at working with clients’ valued possessions, whether they are family heirlooms or a granddaughter’s treasured 1st grade art project. Stacy continues to follow local and national collectable markets and enjoys finding creative solutions for our clients with the items they do not want to bring with them to their new home.

When not working, Stacy is a passionate bread baker and cook. She enjoys spending time in her kitchen, hiking, canoeing, going to museums and visiting with her three children who are in college and beyond. She and her husband have lived in Chester County for 25 years and have happily spent many volunteer hours in their school district and community.
